That and the fact it's a waste of time due to the body's inability to break down and utilise the full protein content of an egg in it's raw form . Unless it's pasteurised liquid egg whites

You could just cook the rice... Like a normal person would do, not stick it into a smoothie... What grand idea is that?

Pretty much , oats are the best slow releasing carb and easy to consume in my opinion. I also don't see a huge difference in white or brown rice to be honest . If your gonna blend oats ,soak them in water overnight makes it a lot easier , alternatively you could cook the rice as suggested above !

Just blend easier and smoother , don't end up with bits stuck in your teeth. Unless you have a decent food processer I suppose , I just have a little hand thing so it's easier for me that way !

I don't really make them that much anymore , but when I do I'll use liquid egg, oats, peanut butter , coconut oil , whey , then fruits and stuff , not all together now ! But they'd be the main ingredients .

My local Tesco does them. Value isn't great, it's about 3 euro for 12 egg whites. But it's definitely handy.

Uncooked brown rice? Really ? The fact that you couldnt possibly ingest uncooked brown rice without blending it should tell you something. Im going to go out on a limb here and say its going to cause you bacterial and/or digestive problems.
