protein in chicken

    Quick question, using the link below, I found the protein content of chicken fillets. Today I weighed my fillets before I bagged and froze them. I found that for every bag of 2 fillets they weighed 250grms-275grms

    Now taking the 250grms figure, and using the link, I reckon theres 75rgms of protein per bag?? (30GX2.5)

    So basically is the figure of 30grm/100grm correct?? and if so WOOHOO!!
