Proper bike fitting Wexford

    Hey,

    Just wondering where in Wexford town area does a proper, thorough bike fitting. My lower back is killing me this week on hills, unbearable at times. I have always had problems with poor core strength and am taking steps to finally improve that and I'm tall as well so have had posture issues for years. I need a few gos at the physio to ease out tension but I have never been properly fitted to my racer (it's a very good hand-me-down but a hand-me-down none the less) and think it's just adding to my problems.

    I know my saddle height is right but that's about it - saddle tilt and handlebar distance could be completely wrong for me for all I know.

    Oh and how much would one pay for a proper fitting?
