    Hi,

My 1st learner permit had code 01 (glasses or lenses required). My 2nd (current one) doesn't, as I had laser eye surgery and supplied an eyesight report when renewing. I've passed the test and would like to apply for a full licence. Do I need to provide another eyesight report or not? The form is unclear on this.

    Thanks

No further report needed. The last eyesight report was needed as you were removing the 01 notation. So simply tick no on the question 'do you need corrective lenses for driving' As this will be the same as your last renewal, it will not be an issue.
