I have my full license since last october and I've decided its high time i bought a car.

Would an opel corsa be a good choice for a first car?

Get a bicycle, cheap to tax and insure and great mpg.

Or look back on your post from 4 months ago that asked the same question!

If you want serious opinions, something like a Yaris won't set you too far wrong, anything Japanese is usually good from that era. Other cars like a focus, fiesta (watch for rust on the sills especially), polo...plenty to choose from in that segment. I'm assuming that you want to keep the engine size low, for tax and insurance purposes?

Corsa aren't very good cars, you'd be better off going with something else tbh.

€1800 should get you a tidy Yaris or a younger Daihatsu Sirion (cousin of the Yaris). Both are vastly superior to a Corsa of that vintage.

Those newer Sirions are such good value.
