Electric consaw for indoor floor chasing?

Does anyone know where I can source an electric consaw or road saw for cutting into a floor slab indoors. Must be single phase and be able to either extract or take water to reduce silica particles. Also it must have a 9 inch or larger diamond blade. Cant seem to source a rental anywhere.

Won't be 9 inch, but a wall chaser is electric and may work? Or just a regular large angle grinder with diamond blade
