Are window blinds nice?

    I was quoted on white ones..... and I have a white suite.

    I want to get an orange carpet and cushions and it's a dark walnut floor.

    People keep saying curtains but I'm stuck in the middle.

    I don't have a lot of money tbh.

    yes. They are nice-ish.

    I recently got them in the back of the house. Great in the kitchen, let lots of light in and are so clean looking! However, the bedroom...bleh...anytime the neighbours are in their garden etc its a bit ick! Feel like I'm spying on them! I now keeo the blinds closed instead so its a waste really.

    I wont be getting them in the front methinks. No privacy in the front room or upstairs.

    Just going to get new curtains, don't care if its old fashioned! If they were not popular they wouldnt be selling them ;)

    Not sure what they are like pricewise to compare.

    I went for curtains and good ones are expensive! Strangely the blinds are really expensive too. He wanted 129 euro for a single (fairly large) window (also for the back).

    I'm glad I went with curtains, much warmer feel....
