    Has anybody used these sites?

Looking to book a break for the end the month and wondering if anybody has used these or could suggest other sites?

    Thank you

    :)

Have used dealrush and groupon. The important thing is to check with the hotel itself (if booking accommodation) to see if the vouchers are valid for the weekend you are travelling or the allocation for the voucher is booked out as they sometimes have a set amount of rooms for each date. Aside from that they work fine.

    Hi,

You can also try http://www.mydealpage.ie. This seems to show the deals from the other deal websites in one place. You can filter by location & also by category, i.e. accommodation.

    Best of luck,
    JT.

LivingSocial is another good one - my parents are always getting nights away with it for great deals. And I've got a couple of nights away too.
There's GrabOne aswell - I've never used it but there's always deals on it. I think the best thing though is to keep an eye on all of them if you can - if you have a smartphone, I know a few of them definitely have apps anyway (LivingSocial, Groupon, Pigsback and GrabOne) so it's handy to check them. Always look at the terms and conditions just to see what it's valid until, if there are any days excluded, if there's any supplement for weekends, things like that. Some of them can book up pretty fast, so if you know the dates you want, just book it as soon as you buy it. I usually have a look on trip advisor to see what people say about the hotel, just to get an idea.
Hope you find a great break away.

Anyone familiar with Pigsback ? I was planning buying a voucher, but when I looked at the purchase page, they are looking for some amount of personal stuff.
Do you have to resister with them as well ?

Asking for email andpassword etc etc etc.

I've bought from Groupon before, and not as particular as I recall.

I like group buying sites as they offer a good price, however you need to be careful and visit them daily. Time after time each group buying site offer some good deals. You need to visit them daily or keep an eye on deal aggregators such as mydeal.ie or mydealpage.ie

There is no way to say that Groupon is better than GrabOne. Or Groupon usually offer better deals than GrabOne. This is not true. Both website offer great deals. Just as I said before you need to keep an eye every day.
