I’ve used this coating from essilor since last year and really not noticed any great difference in strain from computer use
Does anyone here have computer use lens in their glasses and which ones please?

No coating will relieve the strain from over doing it on a computer or unsuitable ergonomics but they do help with strain which results from the reflections of the computer on your lenses. The strain from reflections may be a relatively small factor if the other issues are not addressed and that is probably why you are not getting much relief.

Ask your Optometrist about how to view your computer to minimise eye strain.

I had meeting with the Optometrist this morning. They said pretty much what Foggles said but in addition that she explained that she wished she could prescribe lens of a high strength but in this and all previous tests my eyes do not cope with higher power lens. She said there is really nothing that can be done about that and said there is no change needed in current lens.

I work in Training Dept at work and give courses on ergonomics: all is by the book in regard to chair/screen/dest/lighting etc.

Resigned to weak eyes I think.
