Some parts will be interchangeable and some won't, totally depends on the models and on what parts your looking for, some parts like running gear and suspension are common across lots of the Toyota range

Broadly yes but don't count on it. Sometimes there are variations even in more closely related models like the Japanese Corona and European Carina E.

Nearly all the Japanese cars in NZ are JDM imports if you go to ToyoDiy.com you can look up the part numbers you need and then use the part number cross reference and see what other cars that part fits.
There is options to search different regions.
