5 acres, 26 year spruce

    hi, im hoping someone here can please give a rough idea of value.

    i have 5 acres of norwegian spruce that was planted 26 years ago, never thinned, ive no idea of how to go about selling or the best way to go about it

    Hiya becksy,

    It would be difficult to value from here with so little detail. It would probably be best to give these a ring and go from there. But with no thinning there may be issues.

    Value way down because of the lack of thinning should have been thinned 8 years ago

    Where in the country is it ?
