Hi,

I've a very annoying problem that I'd love some input on.

When I'm at my house everything works fine with my laptop. However, when I am at campus accommodation my computer regularly hangs and freezes, and could be AWOL for between 5 seconds to 2 minutes, primarily when I attempt to watch videos through Youtube, Netflix and other platforms.

I am wondering if this is most likely related to some sort of power issue or an internet related issue.

Is there anything I could do to fix this? Seeing as I don't have these problems at home I'm pretty sure its got to do with something unique to the college, and I've tried things like defragmenting etc.
