Sky go Channels

    Hi i set this up for my sister yesterday she only has the basic channels with kids channels. But on her sky go channels she has sky movies & sport package on it I did not click on any of these incase she would be charged is this a mistake by sky if so is it safe to try the movie channels without getting hit with a charge.

    Ok i got another problem i installed skygo on a laptop no problem now i am trying to get it going on a ipad with no luck. I have the app installed & i sign in with my username & password it tells me i dont have a sky account when i try to watch a channel which i do as it works on the laptop.
    do you have to do something special to register 2nd device or should it work when you sign in to sky go.

    If you set it up for your sis and you have it on a laptop then you wont be able to add a third device....not for another month anyhow or unless you have multiroom in which case you can add 4 devices.

    Maybe ring them and explain the situation and they might just agree to remove your sister's device

    thanks for fast reply what i did was install it on my laptop first device & she wanted me to put it on her ipad 2nd device but like i said it tell me i have no sky account when i sign into skygo on the ipad & try & watch a channel.

    Im sorry but Im completely confused now.

    You clearly said that you installed the sky go on a device for your sister and that she was able to view Sky channels. You then say that you had it running on your laptop. If thats the case then you cant add a third device.

    Are you trying to set up SkyGo for her with your login and password or does she have her own account?
