Moving house getting a new line

I'm an eircom customer - broadband and home phone I might be moving house soon so does anyone have any idea how long it takes eircom to move the line to the new one? And if there isn't a phone line in the house how long it takes for an engineer to install one? Also I want a new line installed in my bedroom too - any clue…

Also I want a new line installed in my bedroom too - any clue if they charge the line rental one top of the rental for the first one? When I go to order online it says there's a monthly charge of 20 euro
