What do you think is wrong with their team? I don't see much wrong at all tbh.
The team is fine, if anything let's them down it will be Hodgson.

I think the job suits Hodgson, he can grind out results if needs be.

And in fairness the England squad is better than the sh*t he had when he was with Liverpool.

Its amazing how slow Liverpool are when playing for Hodgson (apart from Johnson who is in treacle all the time now).

    Sturridge. :D

Great finish from Sturridge from Johnson's throw in.

He bought a lot of that sh*t himself to be fair. Hes a journeyman manager, hes had a good career but he really lucked out when he got that job.

I'm an England fan, and was horrified when he got the gig but to be fair he's done a good job. If he lets these lads play they could suprise a few in Brazil.

Why is he so highly rated!?

Highly rated by the British media. He should be off sterling should be in for him.

Technically he is very poor. Could never play in a Barcelona side.

He has his moments of brilliance but he's never even came near to reaching his potential.

To be honest I think he wouldn't even look out of place in a team like Stoke or Newcastle. If I was a United fan I'd want rid of him at this stage :P

Rooney and Welbeck have been absolutely brutal. Only bright spots for England have been Lallana and Sturridge.

You know a game's sh*t when the crowd start doing a Mexican wave spontaneously.

Rooney has been off the boil since January or so. Last few injuries seem to have taken a toll on him, be it confidence or physically, or both, I dunno.

.....did they really boo him off??

Hope Sterling shows him up! :D

Off the boil and yet still scored 17 and assisted 10 in a woeful United team.

A bad game and they always come out of the woodwork, see posts previous to yours.

I did say after January. Your post directed at me, or others?

I thought he was great up until then in the season, tbh. You'll probably find a few posts of me saying as such. Be surprised if many thought he played well in the latter part of the season though.

Yeah. I posted about him in a negative way. If you come on here expecting glowing reports about Rooney you'll be disappointed.

So as I said ---->>> way.

Brilliant stuff, just because it's a Liverpool thread negative stuff must be posted about a United player? Hilarious

Rooney? Yes. But Welbeck? I think he's Playing well.

There were 2 Occasions where I thought he should have Passed, instead of trying to Breakthrough by himself. But he's a Striker, so I can understand why.

    Same thing happens everywhere.

It's hard to say anything positive about any United player after last year, besides perhaps Januzaj and De Gea.

Welbeck hasn't been too bad, Rooney was awful. Sterling been a brightspark since he came on. Sterling could have a big WC
