Sick of employment treatment

hey guys, this maybe a bit long winded so sorry and thanks for replies in advance.

I have been working in a small company for the past 7 years, part time, then full time and now back to part time.

I work Saturdays and Sundays only now and was promoted to 'weekend manager' which I term very lightly.

I was on €9 per hour when I started and was reduced to €8.65 a few years ago and continued to get this until I was promoted and my rate of pay was put up to €9.25. (My previous counterpart was getting €10.50) So for an extra sixty cent an hour Im supposed to have all of this extra responsibility.

I was never afforded or given a contract. I work without extra pay on Sunday's or the odd Bank Holiday if im working. I get no Christmas bonuses (I know these are at the employers discretion)

Also we have always got paid on Friday mornings but lately it hasn't come into any of our accounts until Saturday morning, when I chastised my employer he said, its cheaper to lodge it in on a Saturday, we got no notice of this, and it screwed up a lot of our direct debits. Surely there has to be some law or order to this?

    my questions are

Am I entitled to a contract?
Am I entitled to extra pay on a sunday or bank holiday?
