Hi. So I worked out how to remove the sink, http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2057200803, and have plumbed is back in.....mostly. Now the sink is sitting on top of a thick piece of stone, the sink drain wont reach the ubend part of the pipework below. I have attached a picture of what I'm talking about, though it is obscured by the temporary "solution" to the issue.

I'm going to need to get something over the weekend to sort this out but I am not sure what I am looking for, or where to buy it. I dont fancy going into Woodies or Homebase and having someone stare blankly back at me when I ask them. Anyone got any ideas. There is about 4 inches I need to bridge.

Take the trap off the old pipe and screw it up onto the basin waste. Then get a few elbows or joiners( dunno what you need cause I can't see the actual waste pipe ) and Wavin cement and re pipe. Can you take a pic where I can see the waste pipe

What you need is a mcalpine adjustable p trap. Other companies might make them too. Not too many hardwares might stick them tho. Only other option is a new elbow joiner and a foot of waste

Thanks lads, really appreciate the input. Attached is another pic of it that might show more of the setup. I'm in Dublin, do you think there's anywhere I might get an adjustable p trap (assuming that is such a thing and you arent taking the piss, like being back in scouts!!)
