    Folks,

    Just looking to confirm what is the handicap criteria for the best players that would be entering top competitions like the recent West of Ireland or similar.

    Its just to settle a discussion in work.

    Only on the XBox do I reach that level :D

    Some amount of time and commitment coupled with ability is needed to excel to that level.

    I'll be happy to play consistent golf this season and reduce my handicap. :)
