No. If you are applying for a learner permit to learn how to drive a car, the theory test will not ask you any questions about driving motor bikes.

Btw, when you start topics here, you will generally get more responses, if you put a bit of detail into the title of it. A topic simply called "Driver theory" is a big vague.
