upc apps wont load on my horizon box?help?

    hi there,up until a few days ago the apps function on my horizon box worked perfectly but now when i try to go into my apps i just get this message on my tv screen 400 BAD REQUEST. REQUEST HEADER OR COOKIE TOO LARGE. Can somebody please help me sort this out?thank you
