Stamp Duty

    Quick question,

    Is there any circumstances in which Stamp Duty is waved. I know if you are buying a house from Local Council this is the case, a small fee of 100 euro is required.

    What if your buying a house from a charitable organisation, where does one stand on stamp duty, in this case??
