Medical malpractice, Doctor or hospital ?

In End of August 2013 i started getting pains in my tummy , Then it got worse to other things . Any ways i when to my gp he did some test and all the stuff he said i'm fine gave my pain killers and antibiotics. After few weeks i got diaoria with blood so as i went back to my gp ... he told be he has no idea what is wrong with me and he can not help me so pay him 50 euro for nothing . I when to a small lithuanian clinic i was dianosed with whole tummy inflamation i got medication did not help at all. 19th of November got sick of all the pains and not having diagnosis i when to my gp told him to give me a letter to emergency department in our lady of lourdes drogheda hospital, He refused to give me it till he examined me after paying 50 euro he gave me the letter to the hospital asked for endoscopy and a scan , because he was diagnosing me with abendicitus . After waiting 10 hours in A&D i received 2 tablets of panadol for pain, my bloods and urine was taken for investigation , i was diagnosed with kidney infection, next day when back to my gp asked what the hell is going on ?! because i was tested many times for kidney infection and it came up negative, He called the hospital the doctor said i don't have kidney infection anymore and i'm not sick at all... But my health got pretty bad when i was constantly in pain, diaorria , trouing up , fainting from the pain, no concentration .. I Requested my med history from my gp he refused to give it to me, i had to fly over to another country for investigation, I was diagnosed with Ball blader stones, Fly back to ireland trying to get the med history not a chance ... Then I really got bad i never ever in my life experienced so much pain... Gall bladder was streaching getting thinner , Gall bladder tubes for imflammation , liver infection . I had to fly back to lithuania 2 days after and operation as soon as i could , There was 90% risk that i could have died any day..
So i have to make up my mind who will i take to court ,
Is it the doctors fault ? or the Hospitals Fault ?
Please help me out on this one !
