Phone going slow

Hi quick question. I have Galaxy Note 2 on Three network. Phone was and has always worked perfect. About an hour ago the phone suddenly seems to struggle opening Facebook and twitter apps and a few News apps I have. the signal is reading H+ which I'm assured is better than 3G. I've cleared RAM and haven't downloaded anything between phone going well and suddenly slowing.

So does anyone have any idea why phone has slowed almost to a halt? Any ideas are much appreciated

Did you update the software recently? Alot of people are having issues with other Samsung devices after updating.

Is it the same on WiFi?

Updated over a month ago and no issues until 6 tonight. It works as usual with Wifi so would I be right to assume its an issue with the network?

Yes, Itll probably be back in an hour or two. I get that sometimes. The green & yellow arrows dont light up much presumably meaning youre getting really slow speeds.

Try the magical "turn off, keep off for 30 secs, turn on" procedure. Works wonders on a lot of gadgets ;)
