UPC Broadband Fault - Kilbarrack area

Hi, My broadband speeds today are down from approx 200 meg to 2-3meg at best, I was on to a UPC customer rep earlier who advised there was a local issue......that was hours ago. Is anybody else having issues like this in the local area?

Having issues here in Dublin 8 as well. Keeps dropping all evening
