Selling House: Surface water drainage question

My solicitor has come back to me with a query regarding the survey that was done on our house. Apparently there is no surface water drainage. We have been asked if there is a soakway or if it drains into a private watercourse.

As far as I'm aware we have neither of these in place and surface water just dries up or is soaked up by the lawn. So I have two questions myself:

    1. Does anyone know if this would present a significant problem for a buyer?

    2. What is the impact of not having such systems in place?
