    Hey there,
I've been having some problems with my back for the last year or so, exaggerated by a change of job to a computer/ desk situation and studying at night as well (yes I've had the ergonomics checked). Anyway I went to a reputable physio last year and after a few sessions it made me much worse so I stopped going. I'm in bits - mostly my neck , shoulders and upper back.
Is regular ordinary massage a waste of time for this? I don't want to go back to a physio again because of the last time. Is there another type of massage that works for this?
    Thanks
