Interesting Mullins goes 2m with Champagne Fever today on quick ground, cannot have him.Balder Succes 11/4 is highest rated over the trip and will love the ground.3.40 Spacious Sky 25/1 is far better than what is form shows and is very interesting. Our Man Zebo 8/1 ran a cracker last time staying on from a long way back to finish second to a very smart horse. In the Cross Country Quantitativeasing is very well in on ratings and should run a big race for top connections.

I am close to picking Balder success myself, but, his big wins have been on flatter grounds like Aintree and Kempton. In the past,in his huddling days, he was terrible on undulating grounds like Cheltenham and Punchestown, even falling!. Granted he jumps a bit better. In some ways, Trifoloum, who may need ground no better than soft, (has beaten CF and FY ,though they bet him too) was a tad bit unlucky at the final fences at Aintree (sometimes that seems to be a typical story for McCoy) who will win, ?would not be surprised if CF tries to make all.

Tricky enough race, any views on Balders Success o his chances on a course like Punchestown? Balder never was 11-10. Both CF and Trifolium have been. I still think McCoy made a bags of the Aintree race, and think that it might be a shoot out between CF and Trifolium (if At Fisher's Cross get home in the World, then I doubt McCoy will do a double with Trifolium)

As for the world hurdle, Qvega never really bet anyone serious.she is now.preggers. Surely At Fishers Cross can't muck this up? Interesting to see will Reve De Sivola regain his.form. Would nearly look at Glens Melody than Qvega.

    Might not touch these races.

I would expect Quevega to run a few pounds better with her been in foal.

Is she in foal tho? Matt Chapman tweeted on Tues night that the rumours of her being in foal were incorrect!

He did an interview with willie on Tuesday where willie said she isn't in foal to Beat Hollow and what she does in her down time is not his business. By the sound of it she has been to some stallion but they probably don't know for certain if she is in foal yet.
It was hard to know what to take from it really.

Anyone think Knockara Beau is a bit over priced for the World Hurdle. I know he is more a chaser and prefers longer distances , but ground conditions would suit.

Doc Hollywood in the first , won a schooling hurdle recently and it going all out for the win. The owners are convinced he's still well in and the ground will suit.

Love Champagne Fever but can't have him at the prices. Too many questions. Balder Success for the money.

He would want to be incredibly well handicapped. Fav still has 10-12 pounds in hand IMO.

Completely agree. Sheriff Of Nawton had everything wrong go against him at Catterick and still won easily.

Stupid race for connections of Trinity Star to try win really.

watched the RTE replay there , strange behaviour from the jockey , persisted in leathering the horse when seemingly well beaten .

Have had Macnicholson (1st) and Tanks for That (3rd) thus far as part of a 50c e/w accumulator. Just need Queen Quevaga and Trifolium to do the goods and land me a healthy profit.

Was art of logistics beaten by much?

Didn't get a chance to see it.

Don't fancy those at the top in the cross country. Long Strand each way at 28s for a bit of a shock

Really fancied Maloney after the run at fairyhouse. Felt it had a lot left in the tank that race.

Hate that short run it, it ruins the race for a horse that was clearly gaining .
