Moore Street 1916 site gets ministerial consent

    Seems to be something of a mixed decision; on the one hand parts of the terrace are to be demolished, on the other the rear laneways (critical to the history) are to be preserved and the car park is gone.

    However, it does seem that finally there is both funds to preserve the site and run the centre. I'm still not happy about bailing out Chartered Land it has to be said, as there is NO need for that shopping centre on OCS.
