Gore ride-on cables

I need a new set of both gear & brake cables on my bike. I'm using SRAM Red and Gore ride-on cables. I'm really happy with the cables and would like to get some new ones.

However, Gore it seems, are no longer manufacturing these or at least selling them/making them available to the general public. I can buy their brake cables on-line but can't source the gear cables.

Does anyone here know where I might be able to buy them. Also, if these cables are no longer available can someone suggest a SRAM compatible alternative. Thanks.

I would not recommend the Goodridge kits. The outers are far too stiff which affect the handling of the bike.

They might be suitable for a mountain bike, not a road bike.

I have used Shimano cables and Jag Wire cables, I have never had a problem with either.

Any coated cable of the specified type should work- I've had no problems.
As an aside, I'm looking for the cable liner.

I've used them in the past and haven't found them very good tbh.

Its a much better solution to run an outer cable all the way from the shifter to the derailleur and just zip tie it on.

    Jagwire elite sealed.

These are the same as the gore ride on.

I have bother and the jagwire are far better. They are sealed from start to finish.

I got mine from ebay they are not that expensive.

They are about €40 each for shift and brake.

There are link and non link. Go for the non link
