Youtube slow streaming

Hi All, Why is Netflix Full HD streaming no problem, while to watch youtube 3min clip in 720p I have to constantly wait while loading?? Is there anything I can do to speed up youtube, settings,etc. Im a mac user. Not that it makes any difference when on pc. Thanks

If you're using Firefox, download these two addons, Grease-monkey and Youtube Auto Buffer, which should then download the entire video before playing it.
