Costa Del Sol Resorts - CONFUSED

    Hi guys!!

So... Me and my girlfriend are planning a holiday and I've been trying to do my research online. I've decided I'd like to visit the CDS as I haven't been there for years and the prices seem reasonable.

My big problem is there is so much choice. It's ridiculous, there's like 20 different resorts. I'm hoping some of you might be able to help, having visited there before or such! I know it's a massively popular destination so I think a few of you are bound to have stayed there.

We aren't big partyers at all. Don't mind having a good time but nightclubs aren't our scene. Ideal spot would be medium excitement, not Ibiza, not completely isolated. A nice selection of restaurants and bars would be class and a few places to visit and stuff.

Really open to places but am swamped in resorts without a whole lot of info on each! Thanks a mill! Fergal

Fuengirola is a favourite of ours. Plenty of restaurants and bars. There's a water park, and a zoo, in the town.

The town is easily accessible from the airport, using the local commuter train. The airport has a station on the Malaga - Fuengirola line.

This place http://www.hostal-italia.com/ is just around the corner from the Fuengirola station. :)
