    Hello,

My question is can I get a mortgage while living in Australia? I am 24 and an Irish citizen. I moved to Australia in 2010
The last time time I actively used my BOI account was 2009-2010. Since then I have not made any transactions but that would change if I was to apply for a mortgage from over here in Australia. Im not eligible for a mortgage here as I am not a resident. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
