Wonder would wax stick to it? :D

Can see something like that being very useful for people who dont really look after their cars, older people, etc.

In reality, the car is never truely clean, it will look fairly clean, but for anyone who likes their car looking the best, it wont be the solution. Also, I wonder if the paint finish will be as shiny as a traditional paint job.

Probably would, but then you'd have the hydrophobic properties of the wax, so would be pointless.

I could see useful commercial applications for it, particularly the rear of white vans and trucks that are road dirt magnets.

If Eddie Stobart was still alive, Im sure he'd insist all his trucks would have it!! :)

Will definitely have its applications, as you say, white vans, buses, trains, etc, etc
