Physically unable to have sex..

Going anonymous as it's a very disturbing and an embarrassing issue for me

Awhile back after having sex the shaft and glans of my penis was deeply cut and was bleeding, Ive no explanation for it, Ive no idea of why and how my penis got cut so deeply from having sex with her.. she wasnt a virgin and my penis was fine prior to having sex.. when I was having sex there was no pain or there was no sensation of my penis being cut, after that it kept on bleeding badly for a few weeks, I just tried to minimize the blood loss by using plasters

my gf at the time went crazy given what had happened, which was understandable, she was so angry she pushed me on the floor and punched my face, I've never come across anyone so annoyed ever than her reaction that day but I suppose her reaction at the time was understandable, she dumped me there and then

the problem I have has hurt my confidence hugely, I haven't had sex again after that.. im too afraid to.. just in case something similar happens again

Ive lost interest in women because if I ever got to the stage of having sex with a girl how am I supposed to explain such a situation to her and expect the girl to understand and be fine with it

my life hasn't been the same since that day

any advice on what might have caused the cuts ? has anyone ever experienced this issue before ?

Sorry OP but no-one can help you with this here - you need to go immediately to your GP and ask for a referral. Any number of things could have caused this but you need professional help, also as you had an open wound I would strong recommend you request a full screening as well, just in case.
