how much everyone is paying to have turf cut on their own bogs?

    working it out we paid about 7euro a yard last year.
    turf was cut tuesday so waiting on the bill

    Last year we paid 25 per hopper not sure how many yards in it but I got 4 rows for my self and ended up with 180 bags

    I think it was 16 euro a hopper for us last year with 90 yards long and 4 sods wide

    Paying €50 per hopper here. 10 sods wide by about 110 to 120 metres long.

    8 sads wide 50cents a meter. Works out at 50 a hopper.

    €55 cash or €65 on a cheque per hopper. 10 row by 100yds.
    It is a small bog, us and another family are the only ones who get turf cut on it so the guy has to come in especially to do it.
