    Hi,

I'll be getting funds transferred from the US to my Irish Bank account shortly and I've got 2 options.

    1. Have the US Dollars converted to Euro before the transfer.

    2. Have the fund transferred in US Dollars and converted to Euro by my (Irish) bank.

Has anyone got any advice on which option would be best for me?

These transfer options are the only ones that are available to me.

Transfer in dollar, you should benefit from a lower commission charge
