    Looking to book a weeks holiday somewhere in europe with the girlfriend(both 31) in June, somewhere thats right on the beach, good restaurants and is lively(not full of leaving cert students) Any ideas? thanks

    I'm looking for the same thing, went to Lanzarote (costa Tequise - Sands Beach resort) last year which is gorgeous and quiet but almost too quiet !

    need new ideas that don't cost a bomb!

    I second albufeira- stayed http://www.granderealsantaeulaliahotel.com/ - (book via trivago) lovely spot and short taxi/walk from Old town

    My friends were in Ibiza last year around that time and if you pick a quieter area outside of the party resorts - they said it was lovely!
