Bottom bracket help pls..

I need to replace the BB on my 2010 Cube Aerial and I need some help identifying the correct one before I buy it. The bike is my work commuter and is in Zurich, so I need to get the correct part as I'll be fitting it myself.
The one on there now has BCI 0.37 x 24 stamped on it and looks the same as this:

however.. The Advert gives Italian or English thread, and 70mm and 68mm. Which do I go for, and what does this mean?

Its a Sora triple crank (FC3403) if that makes any difference.

Hi.

if its a cube then its an english bb....itallian iz generally for italian bikes.

68-70mm wull be ok as there is some plastic spacers . If your taking old bb off and spacers are already on it then simply use then on new bb.
i suspect you wont need spacers. Use plenty of grease.

Thanks for that. I've just read a shimano TSI for my crank and it says there is a spacer used on the triple, but as you say, it should already be there.
