    With all the talk of Scotland leaving the UK I've heard nothing about wales looking for the same. The welsh seem to have a more homogenous society with a strong sense of their identity compared to scotland.

    After a bit of googling I also learned the welsh came very close to taking out the royal family ,http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free_Wales_Army.
