Hi guy's Just wondering if someone can clear this up, I have a car thats imported and declared off the road prior to first taxing. Is it possible to still tax a car into a new owners name going to the office with an rf100 with the new owners details on it? Or does the rf100 have to be sent to the tax office first and then…

Just wondering if someone can clear this up, I have a car thats imported and declared off the road prior to first taxing. Is it possible to still tax a car into a new owners name going to the office with an rf100 with the new owners details on it?

Or does the rf100 have to be sent to the tax office first and then reissued to the buyer in their own county?

Bear in mind its the first taxing, so no log book available yet and cant tax online as its declared off the road
