I can't find an answer to my question anywhere...

Can you sign up to an adsl package in a vdsl live area? Reason for asking is that for renting, I don't want to sign up to a new package for 18 months or pay installation whereas with ADSL you can move with no charge (you do sign up to a new package each time) however its simply plug and play each time. Don't want to hassle of having engineer installs when move house.

I stand corrected, but do you not sign up to a 12 month contract for adsl. If you move to an area where efibre is available or not, can you not just move your adsl service although you could incur charges. Would you not have to sign up to a new 12 month contract each time you move. As efibre is a free upgrade, what is the issue with a tech install each time, is there a charge for moving?
. How many times would you move in 18 months?

I would assume that you would have to pay an install charge each time unless you sign up to a new 18-24 month contract each time??
