Forgive silly questions at this stage but I'm stuck . I have a cavity block wall 9 blocks high touching up against my house in a T running away from it if you catch The builder tells me because it's cavity blocks I did not need a dpc but there is no air gap either. Is this normal. If not. Can a gap be cut with a grinder
