    Hi all
I have an extra few hours a week work than my regular job.
Can i use my husbands credit union account to get the money paid into?
I asked the employer they said use whatever /whoevers a/c i wish
However each branch has an account number . Do i use his cu a/c no. As a reference for the money to go to his account ?

Do people get wages paid into cu a/c s or are they used as savings only ?

    Many thanks

Some Cu's can offer this service, others cannot.

Most credit unions cannot accept electronic payments. Some can.
    • Firstly, ask if they can accept electronic payments.
    • If they can, secondly, ask for the IBAN and BIC code for the account.
    • Finally, give the IBAN and BIC code to your employer.

It might not be wise to get your money paid into someone else's account. Perhaps, you could change the credit union account into being a joint account.

Its only about 3-6 hours a week work.
I suppose my reasoning for it is that it can be used to build up a few savings in case we need to buy new household appliances
Its better to have a little bit comin.in credit union in case of loan etc.

He wont b loaded by any means
