    Yes it was. The angle the video was taken at makes it look higher than it is.

    Lifts are watched by three judges. If they think the lift is good they give it a white light or signal. If they think its bad they give a red light or signal. You need at least two white lights to have a lift passed.

    Great video! I don't think most girls realise what a great figure they can get from weight training. They think to get a perfect figure its all about not eating.
