    Quick one....
When I'm doing flys I find I'm getting more a workout in my shoulders rather than my chest...

I've looked how to do it right and I seem to be, yet im not feeling it in my chest??

    Any ideas??

Stick to bigger chest movements like flat and incline barbell and dumbell bench presses rather than flys if your not already but yes you should feel it in your chest.

Check the video here for how to do them correctly. Dumbells should be going above your chest. Sounds like you may be moving them above your face which would be starting to bring the shoulders into it more.

I really appreciate that...It's funny, I was doing them this morning and I felt i was coming a bit high with them...up to my chin rather across my chest. Something I'll have to try and correct.
