    Want to make HCBs for tomorrow....obviously im using a yeast dough but if i make the dough this eve, let it do all its provings and shape it can i then pop it in the fridge and bake them first thing in the morn???

    Probably too late for you now. However, I'd leave the shaping and final proving for the morning you're baking them. You could do all the rest the previous night.
