gas pipe leaking water

    Hi all any idea why the pipe outside would constantly leak water? It jas gotten alot worse over the last 2 weeks

    Most likely the expansion vessel in the boiler is flat or diaphragm is split & the water is exiting the pressure relief valve pipe.
    RGI call out is your only choice.

    Is the filling loop passing or left turned on
    Might be auto fill valve giving trouble but we all no that shouldn't be fitted
    Call out needed
