Capital Allowances for Driving Instructors car

Can anyone tell me whether driving instructors qualify for enhanced capital allowances in relation to the cost of the car in the way taxi drivers do? ie 40% in Year 1 & 2 and 20% in Year 3? Finding it difficult to get info on the Revenue site. Thanks
