Is it hook/draw issue or are you hittung the straight left? If its a hook..check your grip. Its key to everything! Learn how to grip the club again..

Make sure your shoulders are square to your target and not open!

Also get the lie angle checked, that could be throwing you off.

well the ball starts at the target and moves about 10 yards to the right , is that a grip issue or something else ?

The quickest way to sort is to get a lesson.

For two weeks I was hooking the ball left and by chance I noticed my grip had slipped back to my old strong grip, and just slightly at that but it was enough.

If, like me, you couldn't afford the lesson at the minute then just review all the basics. Stance ,grip , ball position, face angle and alignment. Hopefully you get lucky and one of those will be the problem.

If ball starts at target and then curves it is path which is the issue not grip.
If you go left then you are in to out and right out to in (assuming right hander)
What is your miss with driver ?
Do you hit down a lot with irons ?

Aim 10 yards right of target. Your set up for your swing could be wrong

my main miss with the driver is to the right and ya i hit down with my 6,7,8,9 irons.

Hitting down will shift your path to the right which will cause a leftward curving ball.
To remedy this you either aim right or adjust your path to hit slightly out to in. This will counteract the in to out of the downward strike.

If the above points about alignment, grip, swing path all check out, it could be that your irons might have an offset that doesn't suit your swing.
