Is Wenger Done? (serious thread)

Rather than clog up the club superthread

Right Arsenal have scraped into the FA Cup final by the narrowest margin over a spirited Championship side and are 5th in the league having played the same number of games as 4th placed Everton.

Wenger has a new deal on the table but he is taking his time to sign, maybe he was always going to wait until the season ends but he may have been waiting to see how today went!

Arsenal supporters can talk better than me about whether Le Prof is able to motivate the players he has and whether he can buy the right players for the next season, but looking from the outside there seems to be a centre that is unacceptably soft to the current squad injuries not withstanding.

Of course they can still win the cup and finish 4th, would that be enough for supporters, should it be enough?

It will be a sad day for football when Wenger is "done".

It would be best for the club. We're stagnating and have been for five seasons. Everton will probably hold on that fourth spot and losing out on CL places is a disaster.

Of course, it's all up to him, just like every decision made at Arsenal is all up to him.

I think it's a perfectly reasonable time to ask this question irrespective of today's result.

Seriously these threads get rolled out every year for the last 5 years. If Arsene is done at Arsenal then it will be his call. He will decide when he is done

I've a feeling if Arsenal win the FA Cup,he'll call it a day. He's taken the team as far as he can,new stadium, financially stable but not going to the next level on the field.

If he does go Arsenal need to make sure his replacement is the right one.

David Moyes gets a day off ,

But in all serious they could do with fresh blood and managerial ideas ,

Keane just said it on ITV celebrating barely beating a championship team and celebrating making fourth at Newcastle last season says a lot really ,

To be fair, it was only a handful of penalties from being totally justified.

I think he'll call it a day after the season, winning the cup or not.

Bull**** a team can't celebrate winning a semi final of the FA cup...., go away

It's obvious from the OP and post like this that people are just replacing the drama the wanted to post had arsenal lost
